1. Account Registration and Usage:

      1.2 Each subscription is limited to a single user and supports one simultaneous login only.

   1.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

   2.1 All payments are made via credit card only and in advance for a 30-day period.

   2.2 If you choose to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. You will retain access to the platform for the remainder of the prepaid 30-day period.

4. Usage of Data:

   4.1 The data provided by Transacta can only be used for lawful purposes.

   4.2 Any extraction of data from the Platform can only be performed via the reports and export functionality provided within the Platform.

5. Subscription Termination:

   5.1 We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without notice if terms and conditions are breached.

   5.2 We reserve the right to cancel a subscription without notice if suspicious activity associated with your account is detected.

6. Intellectual Property:

   6.1 Transacta retains ownership of all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and any user-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability:

   7.1 Transacta is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Governing Law:

   8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

9. Modifications:

   9.1 We reserve the right to update and modify these terms and conditions.

   9.2 Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the services after modifications indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
